Order Processing, Shipping, & Limitations

We generally process orders within 24–72 hours, excluding weekends, Indian national holidays, and operational delays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser, as long as such shipping address complies with all shipping restrictions on this website. All shipments originate from our primary herbal preparation, packaging, and operations center in India. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of items to the carrier.

You are solely responsible for filing claims with carriers for lost, damaged, delayed, detained, or seized shipments. Sprout Herbal is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, government regulations, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events. International shipping may require additional time due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
