For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products are non-returnable.
Packaging or Manufacturing Concerns: If you notice a significant packaging or manufacturing concern before opening (such as a cracked container, broken safety seal, major labeling error, or visible contamination), contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos.
First-Time Purchase Guarantee: As a gesture of confidence, first-time customers purchasing a single product may request a refund if they feel the product was not the right fit. This goodwill guarantee is subject to review by our Customer Support team, is strictly limited to one single product per customer account, household, and delivery address (excluding multi-product kits and protocol bundles), and does not constitute a guarantee of specific health or therapeutic outcomes.
Eco-Friendly No-Return Process: To reduce unnecessary international shipping and environmental impact, Sprout Herbal operates a No-Return Policy for approved claims. If approved, you will generally not be required to ship the product back to India.

International Shipping Costs & Deductions: Original outbound shipping charges (USD $49 to $69) are strictly non-refundable. For qualifying orders over USD $200 where Free Shipping was applied, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Sprout Herbal will be deducted from any approved refund.

Direct Merchant Assistance: While risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon pickup, Sprout Herbal provides direct resolution for verified shipping damage (reported within 72 hours with photo/video proof) and official carrier-confirmed lost parcels in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Customs & Delays: Sprout Herbal is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, government regulations, or force majeure events. International shipping requires customs clearance in the destination country, which is outside our direct control.
