Because our herbs, powders, and handmade tablets are prepared in small batches, we follow a clear and fair Refund & Return Policy to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety for all customers.

This policy applies to all orders placed through sproutherbal.com.


1. GENERAL POLICY – PURE HERBS CANNOT BE RETURNED

For safety and hygiene reasons, some herbal products cannot be reused, restocked, or resold once opened or shipped. To protect customers and preserve product purity:

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Herbs, powders, or handmade tablets
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Once an order is dispatched from our facility in India, it cannot be returned simply due to preference or change of mind.

This ensures that every customer receives only untouched, fresh herbs.

2. Wrong Item Received (Eligible For Replacement)

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/video of the item received
  • Our team will verify the mistake
  • We will send the correct item at no extra cost

You do not need to return the wrong item unless specifically requested.

3. Damaged Product On Delivery

If your product arrives physically damaged inside the package:

  • Notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or video of the damage
  • Our quality team will review the case
  • If verified, we will offer a replacement or refund/store credit

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or opening the product incorrectly is not eligible for replacement.

4. Lost package (Before Delivery)

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will assist you in tracking
  • If courier confirms loss, we will issue either:
    âś” A free replacement
    OR
    âś” Refund/Store credit

The decision depends on availability and destination country.

5. Packages Delayed By Courier Or Customs

International orders may sometimes take longer due to customs checks or courier delays.

Please note:

  • Delay alone is not considered a reason for refund
  • We will assist in tracking and support communication
  • We cannot influence customs speed or local courier processing

Herbs will remain safe during transit as long as unopened.

6. Non-Delivery Due To Incorrect Address

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect:

  • The courier may return the package to us
  • In such cases, you may request reshipment
  • Re-shipping fee must be paid by the customer

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. International Customs Policies

Every country has different rules for herbal imports.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Understanding their country’s customs regulations
  • Paying any duties, taxes, or inspection fees
  • Responding to customs queries

If customs returns or rejects the package:

  • We will provide store credit minus shipping charges once the package returns back to us
  • If customs destroys the parcel, a refund cannot be issued

This applies to all international packages.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Because our herbs are prepared in small batches:

You may cancel an order only if it has not been processed.

Once an order is prepared, packed, or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation:

If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method.

9. Refund Process (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refund may be issued as:

  • Original payment reversal
  • Store credit (faster option)

Refund method depends on the situation and your preference.

10. Products Not Covered Under Refund/Return

For hygiene, safety, and purity reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Herbs in loose form
  • Dried roots / barks
  • Handmade herbal tablets
  • Herbal powders
  • Liquid tinctures
  • Opened or unsealed packages
  • Products stored incorrectly after delivery

These rules ensure every customer receives only fresh, uncontaminated herbs.
